I. Collection and processing of personal data - How do we get your data?

1. Data you provide/share with us

In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website.

However, if you are our sponsor, sponsor, supplier or customer, for example, we process the data that you have made available to us and that we need to fulfill the contract. You will be informed separately about this.

2. Information you provide/share through your use of our Services

In addition to the internal processing of your data, processors commissioned by me (e.g. IT service providers, for processing orders and for sending the newsletter, debt collection agencies, etc.) receive your data if they need it to fulfill their respective task. We only process the data from you that we need to fulfill the contract. These are the following data categories:

  • master and contact data,

  • contract data,

  • billing and payment data,

  • if applicable, register excerpts as well as

  • our correspondence.

In addition, it may be that we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g. defense against legal claims or obtaining creditworthiness information, which we will inform you about separately) or due to legal obligations (e.g. prevention of money laundering, statutory retention requirements).

If you do not provide us with the data required for the fulfillment of the contract, we usually have to refuse to conclude a contract or to execute the order, or we can no longer carry out an existing contract and must therefore terminate it.

VIII. Information for our suppliers and service providers

If you are our supplier or service provider, we will only process the data from you that we need for the execution of the contract. These are your master and contact data, the contract data, billing and payment data, correspondence and, if applicable, extracts from the register.

Third parties only receive your data if they need the data for the specific execution of the contract. The legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of a contract and, if applicable, the fulfillment of a legal obligation or our legitimate interest (e.g. defense against legal claims).

IX. Information for our applicants

If you send us your application documents, we ask you not to give us any sensitive data. Sensitive data is, for example, your religion, your marital status or other information from which we can derive your ethnic origin or your state of health.
