When collecting and processing your data, we strictly adhere to the data protection regulations. Below we will explain in detail what precautions we take to protect your data and what data we collect and for what purposes.
In particular, the Data Protection Act 2000, the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation and the Telecommunications Act 2003 in the currently valid version serve as the legal basis. These legal provisions serve the right to protection of personal data.
I. Collection and processing of personal data - How do we get your data?
1. Data you provide/share with us
In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website.
However, if you are our sponsor, sponsor, supplier or customer, for example, we process the data that you have made available to us and that we need to fulfill the contract. You will be informed separately about this.
2. Information you provide/share through your use of our Services

VII.Newsletter

VIII. Information for our suppliers and service providers
If you are our supplier or service provider, we will only process the data from you that we need for the execution of the contract. These are your master and contact data, the contract data, billing and payment data, correspondence and, if applicable, extracts from the register.
Third parties only receive your data if they need the data for the specific execution of the contract. The legal basis for processing is the fulfillment of a contract and, if applicable, the fulfillment of a legal obligation or our legitimate interest (e.g. defense against legal claims).

IX. Information for our applicants
If you send us your application documents, we ask you not to give us any sensitive data. Sensitive data is, for example, your religion, your marital status or other information from which we can derive your ethnic origin or your state of health.
The data you provide to us will only be used to process the application process in our company and will be stored for a period of six months.
By submitting your application documents, you give us your consent that we may process your documents for the purpose of processing your application.
X. Consent and Right of Withdrawal
If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after your consent.
